You may book a table of up to 8 in the normal way. If you accept the vagaries of fresh food availability, you may choose from our menus in the usual way but to be certain we have particular dishes on the seasonal menu available, please pre-order.
To book a table of 9 or more we will require a deposit of £10 per head as confirmation and a pre-order to ensure we have all the dishes you require. The pre-order should be in the format:

Seasonal Christmas party menu 2011
Starters Parsnip, pancetta and chestnut soup with crispy sage leaves
Crab cakes, crispy poached egg and a tomato and tarragon dressing
Lightly home smoked pheasant pate with cumberland sauce, baby leaves with cranberry and homemade thyme and tangerine bread
Beetroot carpaccio with goats cheese, hazelnuts and a honey and buttermilk dressing
Marinated strips of partridge with puff pastry, artichoke puree and a pomegranate dressing
Smoked salmon with honey and horseradish crème fraiche and a watercress and beetroot salad
Mains Sauté of wild game, Brussel sprouts cooked with chorizo, honey and thyme, gratin potatoes, cranberry compote and juniper
Braised shin of beef, truffle scented mash, tangle of tart greens, button onions and wild mushrooms
Fillet of bream with a subtle lemon and chilli glaze and a shellfish and spinach risotto
