The West End Agricultural and Horticultual show: Sat Sep 11 @14:00 - 17:00
Talking of preserving and the like, The Inn will be having a marquee at The West End Agricultural and Horticultual show on the village green on September 11th. From 2pm until about 5pm we will be having a wine and cheese tasting, a local Fruit stall by Cheesemans of Guildford, Richard Jones from Hyden Organic Farm, Smoked meats tasting and other culinary fun. I hope you will come and see us there, and of course all the other exhibits on display. John Medhurst is in charge of the beer tent so there should be some good real ales to taste too.

Charity Dinner for Woking Hospice: Sun Oct 17 @19:00 - 23:00
Sunday October 17th we are having a Charity Dinner for Woking Hospice. The three course meal will cost £25.00 excluding wine of which £15.00 will go to the hospice. There will be a raffle and auction too and possibly other little bits of fun and we are hoping to get 70 people to join in to raise as much money as possible for a fantastic local service.
